Bringing together key opinion leaders in the art world and dedicated patrons, the International Board des Amis du Palais de Tokyo serves as a meeting ground for the exchange of ideas, a hub of innovation, and a special committee offering unique support to the Palais de Tokyo and its leadership.

Its members serve on the board of various art institutions, creating international bridges across museums and across borders, helping to foster and sustain an unprecedented intercultural dialogue.

Founded and directed by Susanne van Hagen – curator and art collector who previously founded the Tokyo Art Club – the Board engages world-class patrons and personalities of the art world through private events and unique offerings.

Members of the International Board help sustain the activities and programmes of the Palais de Tokyo through an annual gift.
